摘　　要：目的分析产房医护人员血源性感染危险防护管理效果。方法将2021年1月—2022年5月内蒙古兴安盟人民医院就职的29名产房医护人员作为研究对象,以2021年1月—2022年3月开展传统管理的医护人员作为对照组,以2021年4月—2022年5月实施血源性感染风险防护管理培训的医护人员作为研究组,两组研究对象均为同一批医护人员。对比两组产房医护人员防范意识、受伤害情况、风险防范效果评分。结果研究组医护人员的血源性感染防范意识高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医护人员的各种血源性疾病风险防范效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产房医护人员具有血源性感染风险,开展科学有效地防护有利于降低风险,保护医护人员健康安全。Objective To analyze the effect of blood-borne infection risk protection management for medical and nursing staff in the delivery room.Methods The 29 medical and nursing staff in the delivery room who worked in Xing'an meng People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia from January 2021 to May 2022 were taken as the research object,the medical and nursing staff who carried out traditional management from January 2021 to March 2022 were taken as the control group,and the medical and nursing staff who carried out the training of blood-borne infection risk prevention and management from April 2021 to May 2022 were taken as the study group,both groups of subjects were the same group of medical and nursing staff.Compare the scores of prevention awareness,injury and risk prevention effect of the medical staff in the delivery room between the two groups.Results The awareness of prevention of blood-borne infection among the medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk prevention effect score of various blood-borne diseases of the medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternity ward medical and nursing staff have the risk of blood-borne infection,and the development of scientific and effective protection is conducive to reducing the risk and protecting the health and safety of medical and nursing staff.
