目标管理在普外科护士分层管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析目标管理在普外科护士分层管理中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1—12月菏泽市鄄城县第二人民医院普外科护士26名作为常规管理组,采用常规护理管理模式选择2021年1—12月本院普外科护士26名作为分层管理组采用目标管理护士分层管理机制。对两组管理效果进行分析。结果分层管理组护士的护理管理评分显著高于常规管理组,护士过失行为发生率(11.53%)显著低于常规管理组(38.46%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科实施目标管理护士分层管理可有效提升护理管理质量,降低护理过失行为发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of goal management in the stratified management of general surgery nurses.Methods From January to December 2020,26 general surgical nurses from the Second People's Hospital of Juancheng County,Heze City were selected as the routine management group to adopt the routine nursing management mode;from January to December 2021,26 general surgical nurses from our hospital were selected as the hierarchical management group,and adopt the hierarchical management mechanism of target management nurses.The management effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results The nursing management scores of nurses in the stratified management group were significantly higher than those in the conventional management group,the probability of negligent behavior of nurses(11.53%)was significantly lower than that of the conventional management group(38.46%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of goal management nurse stratified management in general surgery can effectively improve the quality of nursing management and reduce the incidence of nursing negligent behavior.
