摘  要:近年全球各种突发灾害事件频发,应急管理作为政府的重要职责之一,我国针对突发公共卫生事件基本应急药品的保障体系正在逐步完善。然而在信息传播更加透明、更加迅速的大环境下,突发事件对社会公众的影响更大,更易引发社会性紧急事件。以大数据为基础,可将其应用于重大突发灾害应急事件药品需求过程的预测中,作为一把针对突发灾害事件时应急药品的预警利器,可获取海量数据,达到快速、有效、及时的研判效果,从而更为快速、精准且持续的向应急管理部门以及公众提供应急药品管理相关信息。In recent years,a variety of global emergencies and disasters have occurred frequently,and emergency management is one of the important responsibilities of the government,and the security system of basic emergency drugs for public health emergencies in China is being gradually improved.However,in the environment of more transparent and rapid information dissemination,emergencies have a greater impact on the public and are more likely to trigger social emergencies.Based on big data,it can be applied to the prediction of drug demand process of major sudden disaster emergency,as an early warning tool for emergency drugs in case of sudden disaster,which can obtain massive data and achieve fast,effective and timely research and judgment,so as to provide emergency management departments and the public with information related to emergency drug management more quickly,accurately and continuously.
