摘 要:目的:探讨5G医疗急救系统在急诊严重创伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1-11月广东省中西医结合医院急诊外科采取急诊传统救治模式期间收治的严重创伤患者50例作为对照组;选取2022年1-6月广东省中西医结合医院急诊外科采取急诊5G医疗急救系统模式期间收治的严重创伤患者50例作为观察组。对照组采取传统救治模式,观察组采取急诊5G医疗急救系统模式。比较两组患者救治效率、救治效果、住院天数和并发症发生率。结果:观察组救护车到达现场时间、获得有效救治时间、完成检查时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组救治有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院天数短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊严重创伤患者中采取5G医疗急救系统,可提高救治效率,有效提升患者救治效果,减少休克、创伤性功能障碍等并发症发生率,促使患者早日康复。Objective:To explore the application effect of 5G medical emergency system in emergency patients with severe trauma.Methods:Fifty patients with severe trauma admitted to Department of Emergency Surgery,Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January to November 2021 were selected as the control group during the traditional treatment mode.In addition,fifty patients with severe trauma admitted to the Department of Emergency Surgery,Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January to June 2022 during the emergency 5G medical emergency system mode were selected as the observation group.The control group was treated with traditional treatment mode,while the observation group was treated with emergency 5G medical emergency system mode.The treatment efficiency,treatment effect,days of hospital stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of ambulance arrival,effective treatment and completion of examination in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The days of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of 5G medical emergency system in emergency patients with severe trauma can improve the treatment efficiency,effectively improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the incidence of complications such as shock and traumatic dysfunction,and promote the early recovery of patients.
