显微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析显微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月中国贵航集团三〇二医院神经外科收治的面肌痉挛患者70例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规面神经干压榨和分支切断治疗,观察组给予显微血管减压术治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、复发率以及患者满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规面神经干压榨和分支切断方法,采取显微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛治疗效果确切,可有效降低复发率,患者满意度较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression in the treatment of facial spasm.Methods:Seventy patients with facial spasm admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,Guihang Group 302 Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were enrolled as the research subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional facial nerve dry pressing and branch amputation,and the observation group was treated with microvascular decompression.The therapeutic effect,recurrence rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional facial nerve dry pressing and branch amputation,microvascular decompression in the treatment of facial spasm is effective,can effectively diminish the recurrence rate,and the patient satisfaction is higher.
