仿生物电刺激联合加味消抗汤对薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析仿生物电刺激联合加味消抗汤治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年6月青岛市第三人民医院接收诊治的薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予加味消抗汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予仿生物电刺激治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流变化情况[搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者子宫内膜厚度均增加,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者PI、RI水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者使用仿生物电刺激联合加味消抗汤治疗,能有效增加患者子宫内膜厚度,促进子宫内膜血流状态改善。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of using biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with Jiawei Xiaokang decoction in the treatment of patients with thin endometrial infertility.Methods:One hundred patients with thin endometrial infertility received and treated in Qingdao Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of Jiawei Xiaokang decoction and the observation group was given the treatment of biomimetic electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow changes[pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the endometrial thickness increased in both groups,and the observation group was larger than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the PI and RI levels decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of patients with thin endometrial infertility using biomimetic electrical stimulation in combination with Jiawei Xiaokang decoction can effectively increase the endometrial thickness of patients and promote the improvement of endometrial blood flow status.
