手术室优质护理结合输液加温器对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室优质护理结合输液加温器在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年10月成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院收治的直肠癌患者40例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组实施传统护理模式,观察组实施手术室优质护理结合输液加温器模式,比较两组患者生命体征、体表温度及护理满意度。结果:观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);手术30 min、手术结束时,观察组患者体表温度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:手术室优质护理结合输液加温器应用在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中,能有效稳定患者的生命体征,改善患者低体温状况,可获得患者对护理工作的高度满意。Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in the operating room combined with infusion warmer in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical rectal cancer surgery.Methods:Forty patients of rectal cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Longquanyi District in Chengdu from February 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group implemented the traditional nursing model,and the observation group implemented the high-quality nursing in operating room combined with infusion warmer model.The vital signs,body surface temperature and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000);the body surface temperature of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 30 min and the end of surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:High-quality nursing in the operating room combined with infusion warmer can effectively stabilize patients'vital signs and improve patients'hypothermia in laparoscopic radical rectal cancer surgery,and obtain a high degree of patient satisfaction with nursing care.
