早期康复护理对脑血栓后遗症患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期康复护理对脑血栓后遗症患者的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年1月城阳区人民医院收治的脑血栓后遗症患者120例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组给予早期康复护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。比较两组患者护理满意度、生活质量、康复情况。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者躯体功能、社会功能、认知功能、总体健康评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者上肢运动功能评测(Fugl-Meyer)评分、日常生活活动功能评测(Barthel指数)均升高,神经功能评测(CSS)评分均降低,观察组Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数高于对照组,CSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理对脑血栓后遗症患者的临床效果显著,能够获得更高的护理满意度,改善其生活质量,提高其肢体运动功能、日常生活能力、神经功能。Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with sequelae of cerebral thrombosis.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with sequelae of cerebral thrombosis admitted to Chengyang District People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as observation subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,and rehabilitation of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,patients'physical function,social function,cognitive function,and overall health score increased in both groups,and the scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the upper limb motor function assessment(Fugl-Meyer)score and activity of daily living function assessment(Barthel index)were increased and the neurological function assessment(CSS)score was decreased in both groups,and the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the CSS score was lower in the observation group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with sequelae of cerebral thrombosis is significant,which can obtain higher nursing satisfaction and improve their quality of life,improve limb motor function,daily living ability,and neurological function.
