摘　　要：风机是造纸厂的通用设备,运行过程中经常出现的异常状态大部分是由叶轮的动不平衡故障所引起的,因此,研究与诊断风机叶轮动不平衡故障具有较强的实际意义。本文分析了风机叶轮动不平衡的故障机理、诊断方法及现场实例解决方案。The fan is a common equipment in paper mills.The abnormal state that often occurs during operation is mostly caused by the dynamic imbalance of the impeller.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and diagnose the dynamic imbalance fault of the fan impeller.This paper analyzes the fault mechanism,diagnosis method and field example solution of fan impeller dynamic imbalance.
