摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(Am)为主要单体,甲基丙烯酰酰氧乙基二甲基苄基氯化铵(DML)为阳离子单体,衣康酸(IA)为阴离子单体,异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAm)为结构单体,采用苯乙烯磺酸钠为链转移剂,选用过硫酸钾为引发剂,通过全新的聚合工艺,合成了高分子量、低黏度的两性聚丙烯酰胺。通过FT-IR、GPC等分析手段,达到聚合物的预期设定结构,质均分子量(Wm)达到450万。用国内某废纸浆进行抄片试验,纸张的耐破强度得到大幅提升。In this paper,acrylamide(AM)was used as the main monomer,methacryloyloxyethyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(DML)as the cationic monomer,itaconic acid(IA)as the anionic monomer,isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM)as structural monomer,sodium styrene sulfonate as chain transfer agent and potassium persulfate as initiator,a high molecular weight,low viscosity amphoteric polyacrylamide was synthesized.By means of FT-IR,GPC and other analytical methods,the structure of the polymer was in accordance with the expected setting,and the molecular weight of the polymer was 4.5 million.Using recovered paper pulp as raw material,the bursting strength of the paper was greatly increased.
