摘　　要：首先,面向联合作战应用需求,阐述了数据链的网络化战术信息系统的技术特征,从传输组网、格式化消息和作战应用3个层面指出了数据链的概念定位;然后,论述了多链接口单元、接口配置、数据转发和接口职责;最后,分析了多链接口的规划、建立和维护规程,描述了平台报告、目标监视、指挥控制和战斗协同的信息处理和交换过程,给出了统一态势共享、精确指挥控制、高效战斗协同和电子对抗作战等数据链应用功能。该项研究对数据链的操作和应用具有指导意义。Firstly,facing requirements of joint operation applications,the technical characteristics of the networked tactical information system of data link are expounded.The concept positioning of data link is pointed out from three aspects of transmission networking,message formatting and operational application.Then,the unit of multi-link interface,interface configuration,data forwarding and interface responsibilities are discussed.Finally,the procedures of multi-link interface about planning,establishment and maintenance are analyzed.The procedures of information processing and exchanging about platform reporting,target monitoring,command and control,and combat coordination are also described.And the data link application functions about unified track sharing,accurate command and control,efficient combat coordination,and electronic warfare,etc.are given.The research content has guiding significance for the operation and application of data link.
