摘 要:针对复杂且多变的电磁环境下战场频率筹划存在的时效性差和智能化程度低等问题,提出了一种基于策略的战场频率自适应筹划技术。首先,构建了多维度的战场频谱策略体系;然后,建立了多层次的战场用频需求模型;最后,利用战场频率自适应筹划框架,通过设置不同频谱策略组合生成不同作战场景下的用频方案,并对方案效果进行了动态评估。仿真结果表明,该技术充分考虑了历史用频经验,实现了战场频率筹划的自学习和自优化,其频谱策略驱动机制可提升战场用频方案的灵活性和扩展性,可为频谱管控等领域的装备研制和指挥信息系统建设提供参考。Aimed at the problems of poor timeliness and low intelligence of battlefield frequency planning in complex and changeable electromagnetic environment,a strategy⁃based adaptive battlefield fre⁃quency planning technology is proposed.Firstly,the multi⁃dimensional battlefield spectrum strategy system is constructed.Then,the multi⁃level model of battlefield frequency usage requirement is estab⁃lished.Finally,using the battlefield frequency adaptive planning framework,the frequency usage scheme under different combat scenarios is generated by setting different spectrum strategy combinations,and the effect of the scheme is dynamically evaluated.The simulation results show that the technology fully considers the historical frequency usage experience and realize the self⁃learning and self⁃optimization of field frequency planning.The spectrum strategy driving mechanism can improve the flexibility and expansibility of the battlefield frequency usage scheme,and it can provide the reference for the equipment development and command information system construction in the field of spectrum control.
