摘 要:针对信息化条件下火力打击方案的特点,基于综合集成研讨厅思想,提出了一种火力打击方案评估优选系统模型。首先,梳理了综合集成研讨厅的研究现状;然后,明确了火力打击方案评估优选需解决的谁来评、评什么和怎么评3个关键问题;最后,剖析了该系统的功能需求、体系架构和功能模块,并结合基于毕达哥拉斯模糊的组织排序法(PF‑PROMETHEE)介绍了评估优选的具体实施流程,从而探索一种合理高效的火力打击方案评估优选方法。According to the characteristics of fire attack schemes under the information condition,based on the idea of hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering(HWME),a system model of fire attack scheme assessment and optimization is proposed.Firstly,the research status of HWME is summarized.Then,three key problems need to be solved in the assessment and optimization of fire strike scheme are clarified,including the problem of who will evaluate,the problem of what to evaluate,and the problem of how to evaluate.Finally,the functional requirements,architecture and functional modules of this system are analyzed,and combined with the Pythagorean fuzzy-preference ranking organization method for enrichment of evaluations(PF-PROMETHEE),the specific implementation process of assessment and optimization is introduced,and a reasonable and efficient method of assessment and optimization of fire strike scheme is explored.
