摘 要:针对新能源大规模并网引发电压质量下降及网络损耗增加等问题,提出了一种基于半不变量随机潮流计算的分布式光伏选址定容的新方法。首先,将接入IEEE33节点配电网的光伏出力及配电网自身的负荷进行随机性建模,以此模拟真实情况下的配电网光伏出力与负荷变化。其次,以运行成本和网损为目标函数建立选址定容优化模型,采用半不变量潮流计算得到各个节点电压和各支路功率的半不变量,利用改进粒子群算法寻优得出分布式光伏的最优接入节点及对应容量。最后,通过IEEE33节点配电网仿真分析,验证了所提方法有效性。Targeting the problems of voltage quality degradation and increased network losses caused by the large-scale grid connection of renewable energy sources,this paper proposes a new method of siting and sizing of distributed PV based on semi-invariant stochastic power flow calculation.Firstly,the PV output and the load of the distribution network are modeled stochastically to simulate the PV output and load changes of the distribution network under the real situation.Then the optimization model of site selection and capacity determination is established using the operation cost and network loss as objective function.The semi-invariant power flow is used to calculate the semi-invariant voltage of each node and the semi-invariant power of each branch,and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to find the optimal access node and its corresponding capacity of the distributed PV.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through the simulation analysis of the IEEE 33-node distribution network.
