摘　　要：目的探讨治疗手部大创面的新方法,即自体富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma,PRP)疗法,并评估其在手部大创面治疗中的临床效果。方法对2019年1月-2021年3月收治的12例手部大创面患者采用PRP治疗,观察其疗效。结果12例均获得随访,随访时间3~10个月,创面愈合良好,创面愈合率100%。结论采用PRP治疗手部大创面,相较于皮瓣治疗,具有外观不臃肿、无瘢痕、费用低,且无需植皮等优点,适宜临床推广。Objective To explore a new method for the treatment of large hand wounds,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of PRP(autologous platelet rich plasma)in the treatment of large hand wounds.Methods Twelve patients with large hand wounds were treated with PRP(autologous platelet rich plasma),and the efficacy was observed.Results All 12 cases were followed up for 3~10 months.and the wound healed well,with an average wound healing rate of 100%.Conclusion Compared with skin flap,PRP(autologous platelet rich plasma)has the advantages of no bloated appearance,no scar,low cost and no need of skin grafting in the treatment of large hand wounds.It is suitable for popularization.
