摘　　要：目的总结前臂骨间后动脉穿支皮瓣逆行修复手背创面的临床应用效果及手术技巧。方法2014年6月-2020年9月,应用骨间后动脉逆行皮瓣修复手部创面14例,总结术中切取技巧,观察术后临床效果。结果所有患者术后皮瓣均一期成活,外形美观,质地良好,前臂及手部功能恢复良好,皮瓣供区植皮愈合良好,疗效令患者满意。结论应用前臂骨间后动脉穿支皮瓣逆行修复手背创面,遵照一定手术切取技巧,该手术方式安全,尤其适用于基层医院。Objective To sunmmarize the clinical effect and surgical skill of retrograde forearm interosseous dorsal artery perforator flap for repairing hand wounds.Methods The retrograde interosseous dorsal artery flap was used to repair hand wounds in 14 cases,sunmmarized intraoperationtive cut skill,observed the postoperative clinical results.Results All the flaps survived one stage after operation,and the efficacy was satisfactory to the patients.Conclusion The retrograde forearm interosseous dorsal artery perforator flap can be used to repair the wound on the back of the hand.It is safe and suitable for primary hospitals in accordance with certain surgical techniques.
