摘　　要：目的了解2019年西安市某医院手外伤住院患者的流行病学特征,为开展针对性预防措施提供依据。方法回顾性收集西安市某医院手外科2019年1月-12月因手外伤首次就诊住院的所有患者相关信息,分析其群体构成、受伤环境和原因、受伤程度等情况。结果收集手外伤住院病案2276例,男女之比为3.7∶1,本地区手外伤发生的高危人群为19~45岁的男性青壮年,发病高峰期为6~8月份;学龄前儿童(0~6岁)是儿童高发人群。全年发生手外伤以职业类机器造成损伤最多,受伤机制多为切割伤、挤轧伤,受伤部位常见于左手和手指部。结论2019年西安市某医院手外伤住院患者,多见于夏季,以职业伤为主,青壮年男性居多。应针对这些特点,采取相应措施,以减少手外伤发生率。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of inpatients with hand trauma in a hospital in Xi'an in 2019,and to provide basis for targeted preventive measures.Methods The relevant information of all patients hospitalized for the first time due to hand trauma in the Department of Hand Surgery of our hospital from January to December in 2019 was retrospectively collected,and the distribution of their group composition,injury environment and cause,and injury degree was analyzed.Results A total of 2276 inpatient cases of hand trauma were collected.The ratio of male to female was 3.7:1.The high-risk population of hand trauma in this area was young male aged 19-45 years,and the peak of incidence was from June to August.Preschoolers aged 0 to 6 years were the most frequent group.Professional machines caused the most hand injuries throughout the year.Most of the injury mechanisms were cutting injuries and extrusion injuries,and the injured parts were commonly found in the left hand and fingers.Conclusion In 2019,the inpatients of hand trauma in our hospital in Xi'an are mostly in summer.Occupational injuries are common,and the hand trauma mostly happens with young and middle-aged men.The corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of hand trauma.
