摘  要:在氨制冷系统中,存在空气渗透进入低温负压管道的情况。这会使得空气中的水溶于氨液,而导致氨制冷剂的热物性发生改变,制冷系统的性能受到影响。本文基于桶泵多倍供液氨制冷系统,分别计算不同供液倍数、不同含水率条件下氨制冷剂的蒸发温度变化。通过模拟计算的方式总结了氨制冷剂中含水对系统性能的影响规律。In the ammonia refrigeration system,there is a low temperature negative pressure in the refrigeration pipeline that makes air infiltration into the pipeline.This will make the water in the air dissolve in the ammonia liquid,which will change the thermophysical properties of the ammonia refrigerant and affect the performance of the refrigeration system.Based on the barrel pump multiple supply liquid ammonia refrigeration system,this paper calculates the evaporation temperature changes of ammonia refrigerant under different liquid supply multiples and different water content conditions.The influence of water content in ammonia refrigerant on system performance is summarized by simulation calculation.
