摘  要:本文采用数值模拟的方法对当前两种主要的可移动式压差预冷装置(“U”型可移动式压差预冷一体装置和“回”型可移动式压差预冷一体装置)的速度场进行模拟,揭示并分析其流场的均匀性问题。结果表明:对于“U”型压差预冷设备,靠近回风口处穿过果蔬的平均风速可达2.5 m/s,当距回风口大于2 m时,穿过果蔬的平均风速低于0.55 m/s,预冷不均匀;而对于“回”型压差预冷设备货物区的最高风速为0.94 m/s,最低风速为0.53 m/s,预冷较为均匀。In this paper,the method of numerical simulation was adopted to simulate the velocity field of the two main types of movable forced-air precooling equipment(“U”type movable forced-air precooling integrated device and“Rectangular Shape”type movable forced-air precooling integrated device)to reveal and analyze the uniformity of the flow field.The results showed that the precooling effect of the“U”type forced-air precooling integrated device was uneven.The average wind speed passing through the fruits and vegetables near the return air inlet reached 2.5 m/s,while the average wind speed passing through the fruits and vegetables was less than 0.55 m/s,when the distance from the return air inlet was more than 2 m.Compared with“U”type movable forced-air precooling integrated device,“Rectangular Shape”type movable forced-air precooling integrated device is relatively uniform.The maximum wind speed through fruits and vegetables is 0.94 m/s,and the minimum wind speed is 0.53 m/s.
