摘 要:本文探讨了室内滑冰场采用R507A直接制冷系统来替代目前常用的乙二醇载冷制冷系统的可行性。R507A制冷系统采用直膨供液方式以降低制冷剂的充注量,制冰蒸发器采用铝合金翅片管并使用高效分液头以保证均匀供液,地层结构进行无混凝土优化设计以缩短施工周期和提高制冰传热效率。通过实际项目验证,与乙二醇载冷系统相比,R507A直接制冷系统可降低运行能耗约33%,同时冰面温差更小,冰质更优。This article discusses the feasibility of using R507A direct refrigeration system to replace the commonly used ethylene glycol refrigeration system in indoor skating rinks.The R507A direct refrigeration system can adopt a direct expansion liquid supply method to reduce the refrigerant charge.Aluminum alloy finned tubes are used as ice making evaporators,and efficient liquid separation heads are used to ensure uniform liquid supply.The formation structure is optimized without concrete to shorten the construction period and improve the heat transfer efficiency of ice making.Through practical project validation,compared to ethylene glycol based ice making refrigeration systems,the R507A direct refrigeration system can reduce operating energy consumption by about 33%.At the same time,the ice surface temperature difference is smaller,and the ice quality is better.
