摘 要:冷链物流能够降低易腐农产品的损耗,保证食品品质安全的同时维持其经济价值。但是随着冷链技术的应用,不可避免增加能源投入,从而增加温室气体排放,加剧对环境的压力。基于此,本研究以1kg荔枝为功能单位,使用生命周期评估荔枝冷链系统温室气体排放并进行减排潜力分析,提出荔枝冷链物流减排建议。研究表明,荔枝整个生命周期的碳排放为0.699 kgCO_(2)eq,其中,仓储、运输及生产阶段在全生命周期碳排放总量中占比分别为34.05%、33.19%、31.62%,推广绿色包装材料、加快运输装备升级、推广能源替代等方式可有效减少冷链物流活动所产生的温室气体排放。Cold chain logistics can reduce the loss of perishable agricultural products,ensure food quality and safety,and maintain their economic value.However,with the application of cold chain technology,it is inevitable to increase energy input,thus increasing greenhouse gas emissions and intensifying the pressure on the environment.Based on this,this study takes 1 kg of lychee as a functional unit to assess the greenhouse gas emissions of the lychee cold chain system using the life cycle and analyze the potential for emission reduction,and proposes emission reduction recommendations for the lychee cold chain logistics.The results show that the carbon emissions of the entire life cycle of lychee are 0.699 kgCO_(2)eq,of which the storage,transportation,and production stages account for 34.05%,33.19%,and 31.62%of the total carbon emissions in the life cycle,respectively.Promoting green packaging materials,accelerating the upgrade of transportation equipment,promoting energy substitution,and other methods can effectively reduce the greenhouse gas emissions generated by cold chain logistics activities.
