摘 要:以高径比H/D=1.0的深筒件为研究对象,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA平台建立了金属板料外轮廓支撑渐进成形的有限元模型,采用数值模拟和实验相结合的方法对深筒件的成形路径进行了研究,通过合理布置和优化各道次成形路径及加工方式,将制件的壁厚分布曲线作为主要判断依据,成功设计出直径为Φ80 mm,高径比为1.0的深筒件渐进成形路径,并且由此发现不同直径同一高径比深筒件的成形路径具有高度相似性,归纳出基准路径,建立了路径变量与目标制件几何参数的关系,用参数化方程将成形路径表达出来,并通过实验验证了参数化路径。基于此参数化路径方程,可以快速成形出高径比为1.0的深筒件。Taking the deep tube parts with height-diameter ratio H/D=1.0 as the research object,the finite element model of progressive forming of metal sheet outer contour support was established based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA platform.The forming path of deep tube parts was studied by the combination of numerical simulation and experiment.By reasonably arranging and optimizing the forming path and processing mode of each pass,taking the wall thickness distribution curve of the workpiece as the main judgment basis,the progressive forming path of deep tube parts with diameter ofΦ80 mm and height-diameter ratio of 1.0 was successfully designed,and it is found that the forming paths of deep tube parts with different diameters and the same height-diameter ratio are highly similar.The reference path was summarized,the algebraic relationship between the path variables and the geometric parameters of the target parts was established,the forming path was expressed with the parametric equation,and the parametric path was verified by experiments.Based on this parameterized path equation,the deep tube parts with height-diameter ratio of 1.0 can be rapidly formed.
