摘 要:提出了一种修正数控刀轨的方法,能直接加工获取汽车覆盖件拉延模具的研配型面,该方法首先基于传统的等间隙型面编制数控加工刀轨,并提取出刀轨中的刀位点和刀触点,同时应用冲压仿真模拟获得零件厚度分布情况。然后求解出刀触点连线、刀位点与成形零件单元网格模型的交点,通过插值计算获得交点处零件的厚度值,并与原始板料厚度进行比较获得厚度变化值,并将该点的厚度变化值作为刀位点修正的依据进行计算,获得新刀位点坐标后写入原刀轨文件进行刀位点坐标替换,从而获得可以直接加工研配型面的新刀轨。通过一个阶梯型零件的两个凹模加工后的成形试验及模具型面的着色转移图对比,表明该方法可以实现模具研配型面的直接数控加工。A method of correcting the NC tool path was proposed to obtain the fitting surface of drawing die of auto-body panel directly.Firstly,the NC tool path was generated based on the traditional surface with uniform die gap,tool location points and tool contact points were extracted,and the thickness distribution of the part was obtained by stamping simulation.Then,the intersection points of the line between the tool location point and the tool contact point and the mesh model of formed part were worked out,the thickness values at the intersection poin obtained by interpolation calculation.The thickness variation value was obtained by comparing with the thickness of the original sheet metal,and was used for the calculation of the new coordinate of the tool location point,and it is written into the tool path file to replace the original coordinate of tool location point,a new tool path used for the fitting surface machining directly was obtained following the above approach.By comparison of the forming test and the color transfer maps of the two dies of a stepped part,it is verified that the proposed method can achieve direct NC machining of fitting surface of the die.
