摘 要:通过分析高速公路改扩建工程UTAC层间粘结强度与铺装层抛丸后构造深度、摩擦系数、露骨率指标关系,发现随着抛丸设备行走速度的降低,构造深度、摩擦系数、粘结强度均增大,说明在额定的抛丸功率下,行走速度决定检测指标的高低和抛丸的效果,在实际施工中需要严格控制设备行走速度,才能保证抛丸质量。粘结强度与构造深度、摩擦系数、露骨率有一定的相关性,但影响不显著;在抛丸面清理干净时,粘结强度主要受层间沥青油的极限粘结力制约,在实际应用过程中应注重层间乳化沥青的粘结性能。By analyzing the relationship between UTAC inter-layer bonding strength of high-speed reconstruction and expansion project and structural depth,friction coefficient and bone exposure rate of pavement after shot blasting,it shows that the structural depth,friction coefficient and bonding strength of shot blasting equipment increase with the decrease of walking speed,indicating that the walking speed determines the detection index under the rated shot blasting power.In the actual construction,it is necessary to strictly control the walking speed of the equipment in order to ensure a certain shot blasting quality.The increase of bonding strength has a certain correlation with structural depth,friction coefficient and bone exposure rate,but the influence result is not significant.When the shot blasting surface is cleaned,the bonding strength is mainly restricted by the ultimate bonding force of inter-layer asphalt oil.Therefore,in the process of practical application,we should pay attention to the bonding performance of inter-layer emulsified asphalt.
