汉代乐府的艺术管理机制探析

摘　　要：汉代乐府作为汉代的一个艺术机构,对汉代艺术的繁荣发展发挥着一定的作用和意义。它不仅促进了音乐艺术的繁荣还促进了诗赋文学的发展,又在一定程度上促进了汉代社会艺术文化的发展,也体现了大量的社会文化信息,具有一定的史料价值。因此,学者对于汉代乐府所展开的多角度研究从未停止,文章将从艺术管理的角度对汉代乐府展开初步探讨和分析,对汉代乐府的宏观管理和内部管理机制进行考论,进而对其管理模式有一个初步的把握并对其进行反思,以扩充汉乐府的研究范围。As an art institution in the Han Dynasty,yuefu contributes much to the prosperity and development of the art in the Han Dynasty.It not only promoted the prosperity of music,but also the development of poetry and prose.To a certain extent,it also promoted the development of social art culture in the Han Dynasty.Therefore,scholars have never stopped the multi-angle research on yuefu in the Han Dynasty.This article will start a preliminary discussion and analysis on yuefu in the Han Dynasty from perspective of art management,focusing on its macro management and internal management mechanism,to expand the research scope of yuefu in the Han Dynasty.
