摘  要:为研究早强混凝土的抗侵彻性能和养护龄期的关系,利用35 mm弹道炮和35CrMnSiA制缩比卵形弹对两种养护期下产品名为UR50的超早强混凝土进行了侵彻试验,根据试验数据对两种龄期的超早强混凝土的侵彻响应特性进行对比分析。之后为进一步研究弹体侵彻超早强混凝土的响应机理,引入刚性弹侵彻半无限靶的响应模型进行理论研究,并利用别列赞公式分析了超早强混凝土中特种钢纤维对抗侵彻性能的提升。试验结果表明:弹体中低速侵彻超早强混凝土靶的过程可分为冲击开坑和稳定侵彻两个阶段;超早强混凝土养护7 d就可以达到养护28 d时的抗侵彻性能。利用刚性弹侵彻半无限靶的响应模型对养护7 d和28 d的超早强混凝土的量纲为一的侵彻深度预测值与试验侵彻深度进行对比,发现其最大相对误差分别为29.13%和17.50%,通过对响应模型中两种龄期超早强混凝土的计算无侧限抗压强度进行修正,使其侵彻深度计算值符合实际结果。To study the relationship between the anti-penetration performance of early-strength concrete and the curing age,a 35 mm ballistic gun and 35CrMnSiA reduced-ratio ogive-nose projectiles were used to conduct penetration experiments on the“UR50”ultra-early-strength concrete of two different curing periods.According to the experimental data,the penetration response characteristics of ultra-early-strength concrete of the two curing ages were compared and analyzed.In order to further study the response mechanism of projectiles penetrating ultra-early strength concrete,the response model of a rigid projectile penetrating a semi-infinite target was introduced for theoretical research,and the improvement of the penetration resistance by using special steel fiber set up in ultra-early strength concrete was analyzed by using the Berezan formula.The experimental results show that the process of the projectile penetrating the ultra-early strength concrete target at low speed can be divided into two stages:impact cratering and stable penetration.The ultra-early-strength concrete after 7-day curing can achieve the same anti-penetration performance of 28-day curing.The response model of the rigid projectile penetrating the semi-infinite target was used to compare the predicted penetration depth with the experimental penetration depth of ultra-early-strength concrete of 7-day and 28-day,curing with the dimensional value of 1.It is found that the maximum relative errors are 29.13%and 8.48%,respectively.The calculated unconfined compressive strength of ultra-early-strength concrete of the two curing ages by the response model was corrected to make the calculated penetration depth value conform to the actual results.
