摘 要:为创制优质抗逆苹果种质资源,本研究以长富2号休眠芽为试验材料,采用剂量为50 Gy的^(12)C^(6+)离子束对其进行辐照处理,后将休眠芽嫁接于G935砧木上。结果后,对^(12)C^(6+)辐射长富2号与对照植株分别进行植物学性状观察及果实品质指标的测定与分析。通过植株表型观察得到4株表型变异的植株分别为5-14-4、7-9-3、7-13-2和7-13-4,表型差异表现在果实果型变异,果实突变变小,果皮着色变异和叶色变异。果实品质指标测定结果表明,果肉硬度、果皮花青苷、果实糖酸含量等均发生不同程度的改变。In order to create high-quality and stress resistant apple germplasm resources,the dormant buds of Nagafu No.2 were irradiated with^(12)C^(6+)ion beam at a dose of 50 Gy and then grafted onto G935 rootstock in this study.After fruiting,irradiated Nagafu No.2 plants and control plants were observed for botanical traits and fruit quality indexes were measured and analyzed.Four plants with phenotypic variation were observed as 5-14-4,7-9-3,7-13-2 and 7-13-4,respectively.Phenotypic differences were manifested in fruit shape index variation,the fruit became smaller,variations were in pericarp color and leaf color.The results of fruit quality indexes showed that fruit flesh firmness,the contents of peel anthocyanin and sugar and acid content in fruit all changed to different degrees.
