摘 要:新疆某辉钼矿含钼0.12%、铜0.009%,针对矿石中有微量的黄铜矿与辉钼矿连生的性质,为降低钼精矿含铜量,提高钼精矿品位与回收率,采用铜钼混选-粗精矿再磨-抑铜浮钼工艺流程进行了试验研究。结果表明:在试验获得的工艺参数下,得到的钼精矿钼品位49.55%、钼回收率82.41%;铜粗精矿含铜0.25%、金2.45 g/t,铜、金回收率分别为89.85%和63.12%;原矿中0.14 g/t的金主要富集在铜粗精矿中。试验有效回收钼的同时,实现了对铜、金的综合回收。A molybdenite in Xinjiang contains 0.12%molybdenum and 0.009%copper.In the case that a trace amount of chalcopyrite and molybdenite intergrow in the ore,to reduce the copper content in the molybdenum concentrate and improve the grade and recovery of molybdenum concentrate,the process of copper-molybdenum bulk flotation-rough concentrate regrinding-copper inhibition and molybdenum flotation was studied by experiment.The results show that with the process parameters obtained in the test,the grade of the molybdenum concentrate obtained is 49.55%,the molybdenum recovery rate is 82.41%;the rough copper concentrate contains 0.25%copper and 2.45 g/t gold,and the copper and gold recovery rates are 89.85%and 63.12%respectively;the 0.14 g/t gold in raw ore is mainly enriched in the rough copper concentrate.While the experiment effectively recovers the molybdenum,copper,and gold are comprehensively recovered.
