摘 要:本研究以大田环境内的红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)为对象,喷施不同质量浓度(0,50,100,150,200,250 mg·L^(-1))的脯氨酸(Proline,Pro),以各处理的第0 d为对照(CK),测量第1,3,6,9 d的叶片气孔特征(气孔长、宽、面积和气孔密度),以揭示红砂气孔对外源Pro的响应。结果表明:在各Pro处理、作用时间和Pro处理与作用时间的交互作用下,对叶片的气孔特征都有显著影响;各处理下,气孔长与宽度、气孔面积和密度间呈极显著负相关(-0.680,-0.626,-0.690),其余指标间均达极显著正相关(0.883,0.778,0.769);对各Pro处理下的气孔特征进行拟合,气孔密度与面积、气孔长度和宽度、气孔长度和密度间均达极显著水平(P<0.01),且具有相关性。因此,喷施外源Pro可减小红砂叶片气孔长,增大气孔宽、面积和密度,显著影响气孔特征,可缓解干旱胁迫的不利影响,其中以100 mg·L^(-1)浓度效果最佳,能显著提高红砂的抗旱性。In this study,Reaumuria soongorica was sprayed with different concentrations(0,50,100,150,200,250 mg·L^(-1))of proline(Pro)in the field environment.The 0 th day of each treatment was used as the control(CK),and stomatal characteristics(length,width,area,and density)of leaves were measured on the 1 st,3 rd,6 th,and 9 th day after proline spraying to reveal stomatal response to exogenous Pro.The results showed that:the stomatal characteristics of leave were significantly affected by Pro treatment,the days after Pro treatment and the interaction between Pro treatment and the days after Pro treatmen.Under each treatment,there were significant negative correlations between stomatal length and stomatal width,stomatal length and stomatal area,stomatal length and stomatal density,and significant positive correlations between other parameters.The stomatal characteristics under each Pro treatment were analyzed by line or curve fitting.It revealed there was a significant correlation between stomatal density and area,stomatal length and width,stomatal length and density(P<0.01).Therefore,exogenous Pro spraying can reduce stomata length,increase stomata width,area,and density,which significantly affected stomatal characteristics,and alleviate the adverse effects of drought stress.The concentration of 100 mg·L^(-1)was the best treatment,which could significantly improve the drought resistance of R.soongorica.
