摘 要:从黑龙江省安达市黑龙江八一农垦大学草业科学系试验田健康紫花苜蓿根部分离出1株拮抗真菌BIBA-G563,对其进行形态学观察和分子生物学鉴定,并研究其对紫花苜蓿根腐病病原真菌镰刀菌的抑制能力及盆栽防治根腐病的效果。经鉴定,拮抗真菌BIBA-G563为变灰青霉。BIBA-G563与腐皮镰刀菌、尖孢镰刀菌、层出镰刀菌、轮枝镰刀菌四种病原真菌的第9 d平板对峙抑制率在28.62%~64.67%之间,无菌发酵液对四种病原菌菌丝生长的抑制率在10.34%~15.98%之间,对四种病原菌孢子萌发的抑制率在16.95%~35.95%之间,对盆栽紫花苜蓿镰刀菌根腐病防效为75.40%。表明生防真菌BIBA-G563能够有效抑制紫花苜蓿根腐病病原菌,具有良好的开发前景。In this paper,a rhizosphere fungus strain BIBA-G563 was isolated from the root of healthy alfalfa in the experimental field of Department of Prataculture Science of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,and its morphological observation and molecular biological identification were conducted.The inhibition ability of the BIBA-G563 to the pathogenic fungus Fusarium spp.of alfalfa root rot,and its effect of pot culture on the prevention and treatment of root rot were carried out.The antagonistic fungus BIBA-G563 was identified as Penicillium canescens.The results showed that inhibition rates on the 9th day of BIBA-G563 on four pathogenic fungi,F.solani,F.oxysporum,F.proliferatum and F.verticillioide,were 28.62%-64.67%.Inhibition rates of sterile fermentation broth on mycelium growth of four pathogens were 10.34%-15.98%.Inhibition rates of sterile fermentation broth on spore germination of four pathogens were 16.95%-35.95%,and the control efficiency of strain BIBA-G563 against Fusarium root rot of potted alfalfa was 75.40%.It showed that biocontrol fungus BIBA-G563 could effectively inhibit the pathogens of alfalfa root rot,and had a good development prospect for the control of Fusarium root rot of alfalfa.
