摘  要:为精准评估城市绿色交通出行环境问题并提供改善决策参考,融合共享单车运行、互联网地图、居民出行调查等多源异构数据,构建步行和非机动车交通设施环境决策支持平台。平台实现了动态感知骑行时空特征、精准诊断交通设施环境问题、深度挖掘公众意见、辅助制定近期项目建设计划、量化评估社区生活圈配套服务短板、系统检验相关项目改造成效等分析功能。基于平台分析结果可知:天津市中心城区快速路环线以外地区步行和非机动车交通设施环境在便捷、安全和舒适方面亟待提升,19处典型社区存在配套服务短板,约200处重要路段亟待改造;相关改造措施如路网修补、增设隔离设施、种植树木等对步行和骑行流量提升、商业活力带动具有明显促进作用。借助平台功能辅助形成了针对天津市步行和骑行环境改善的一系列相关成果。To accurately evaluate the environmental problems of green transportation in cities and provide reference for decision-making in environment improvements,multi-dimensional data such as bike-sharing operation,internet-based maps,and travel surveys have been integrated to establish a decision support platform for improving the environment of pedestrians and non-motorized transportation facilities.The platform implemented a wide range of analytical functions,including dynamic perception of spatial-temporal characteristics of cycling,precise diagnosis of environmental problems of transportation facilities,deep mining of public feedback,development of short-term project construction plans,quantitative evaluation of limitations in community life circle supporting services,and systematic assessment of renovation effect of relevant projects.Analysis results based on the platform suggest the necessity to improve convenience,safety,and comfortableness in pedestrians and non-motorized transportation facilities located outside the expressway ring roads in the central urban area of Tianjin.Limited supporting facilities for 19 typical communities are identified and approximately 200important road segments need urgent improvements.Renovation measures such as pavement rehabilitation,road barriers,and roadside vegetation and landscapes can effectively increase walking and cycling,as well as promoting commercial vitality.The functions of the platform have brought a host of relevant outcomes in improving the pedestrian and cycling environment in Tianjin.
