摘　　要：总结一例皮特-霍普金斯综合症患儿行门诊全麻牙科治疗围术期的护理经验,主要包括:术前进行多学科讨论,构建急救金字塔应急预案并演练;基于多模态理论,构建以家庭为中心的呼吸道管理和流涎治疗的健康教育方案;同时通过叙事护理和积极心理干预实施家长和患儿心理护理;术中予止血、预防癫痫护理;术后予躁动护理,结合患者疾病特点构建饮食和口腔健康管理方案。经过围术期护理配合,患者手术顺利,术后情况良好。This study aimed to summarize the perioperative nursing care for a Pitt-Hopkins Syndrome patient who underwent dental treatment under general anesthesia in outpatient clinic.Preoperative multidisciplinary discussion was organized to construct the pyramid emergency plan and the exercise was carried out.The family-centered health education program for respiratory tract management and salivation treatment was established based on the multimodal theory.Meanwhile,psychological care for the parents and child was implemented through narrative nursing and positive psychological intervention.Hemostasis and epilepsy prevention care were provided during operation.Nursing for agitation was given after operation.The diet and oral health management plan was constructed according to the characteristics of disease.Benefiting from the perioperative nursing,the operation was successful and the patient's condition was good after operation.
