摘 要:重力掺混料仓具有低碳节能的特点,是气力输送等散料处理系统中物料存储和均化的重要设备。以某70 m^(3)重力式振动掺混料仓设计为例,简介了料仓结构和受力情况,并对其载荷分布、结构强度和料管振动特性进行了分析,获得了料仓内部的壁压分布规律、结构强度特性和振动掺混料管的振动特性,为料仓结构设计和优化提供依据。Gravity blending silo,due to its low carbon and energy efficiency features,is a piece of important equipment for material storage and homoge⁃nization in bulk material handling systems such as pneumatic conveying.Taking the design of a 70 m^(3) gravity vibration blending silo as an example,the structure and force of the silo are briefly introduced,and its load distribution,structural strength and vibration characteristics of the material tube are ana⁃lyzed,and the distribution pattern of wall pressure inside the silo,structural strength characteristics and vibration characteristics of the vibrating blending.
