摘　　要：简介了某曼海姆法硫酸钾装置生产中存在的问题,如:下料不畅、计量不准、自动化程度低、盐酸输送泵故障率高等,总结了针对这些问题采取的有效改造措施,并对此次技术改造进行了技术经济分析,认为此次改造仅使硫酸钾生产成本增加了3.09元/吨,性价比较高,值得推广。The problems in the production of a Mannheim process potassium sulfate plant are presented,such as:unsmooth feeding,inaccurate meas⁃urement,low degree of automation,high failure rate of hydrochloric acid delivery pump,and summarizes the effective improvement measures taken to solve these problems.A techno⁃economic analysis of this technical revamp is conducted,and it is concluded that this revamp only increased the production cost of potassium sulfate by 3.09 yuan/ton,which is cost⁃effective and worthy of promotion.
