摘 要:羊茅属植物因其适应性强,一直作为草坪草的主要草种之一。内生真菌与其生产发育和利用具有密切关系。试验选取在呼和浩特适宜性较好的达乌里羊茅(Festuca dahurica (St.-Yves) V.I.Krecz.&Bobrov)、野生紫羊茅(Festuca rubra L.)和紫羊茅-梦神(F.rubra L.cv.Maxima)为研究对象,采用镜检和分离培养两种检测方式结合的方法,观察内生真菌在3份材料中的分布情况,分离培养单菌菌落,通过形态质地等初步鉴定出菌属。羊茅属3份不同材料的叶鞘、茎髓中均观测到内生真菌的存在,种子中没有发现明显的内生真菌分布;且根据分离培养结果可初步确定,试验材料中的内生真菌为Epichioe无性型Neotyphodium属内生真菌,为以后解决羊茅与内生真菌关系及如何利用内生真菌创造新种质提供理论基础。Festuca has been used as one of the main grass species for its strong adaptability.Endophytes are closely related to their production,development and utilization.Festuca dahurica( St.-Yves) V.I.Krecz.Bobrov,wild Festuca rubra L.and F.rubra L.cv.Maxima with good suitability in Hohhot were selected as the research objects in the experiment.The distribution of endophyte in the three materials was observed by the combination of microscopic examination and isolation culture,and the single bacterial colony was isolated and cultured.The genus was preliminarily identified by morphology and texture.Endophytes were observed in leaf sheath and stem pulp of three different materials of Festuca,and no obvious distribution of endophyte was found in seeds.According to the results of isolation and culture,the endophyte in the experimental materials were Epichioe asexual Neotyphodium,which could provide theoretical basis for solving the relationship between fescue and endophytes and how to create new germplasm with endophytes.
