新型住宅修缮项目安全质量监督的现状及对策研究

摘　　要：住宅纠偏、加固及外墙外保温整修等涉及住宅结构性和住宅功能性的项目渐渐纳入上海浦东新区住宅修缮工程的监督管理中,这些新项目在实施过程中出现了不少的新问题,比如很多设计图纸与现场实际不符,地基基础工程缺少勘察参与,施工单位施工不规范,论文对其归纳整理,并加以分析,最后针对性地提出了应对措施,可供类似项目参考。Residential correction,reinforcement,external insulation renovation and other residential structural and functional projects have gradually been included in the supervision and management of residential renovation projects in Pudong New Area in Shanghai.Many new problems have appeared in the implementation process of these new projects,such as many design drawings are inconsistent with the actual site,the foundation project lacks investigation and participation,and the construction unit is not standard in construction.The paper summarizes and analyzes it,and finally puts forward corresponding measures,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
