摘 要:回弹-取芯法为回弹法、钻芯法结合的混凝土抗压强度的检测方法,先通过回弹法抽样检测被检测混凝土强度,随后通过钻芯机在回弹值较小的测区进行钻芯取样,进行抗压强度试验,根据GB 50204-2015《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》附录D规定要求,判定结构实体混凝土强度是否合格。本文通过对工程实例检测结果的分析、比较,研究GB 50204-2015《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》附录D检测方法存在的不足并提出建议,以便能够保证检测结果的准确性、客观性,提高检测质量。Rebound-coring method is a concrete compressive strength test method combining rebound method and core drilling method.Firstly,the strength of the concrete to be tested is sampled by rebound method,and then the core drilling machine is used to drill core samples in the test area with small rebound value for compressive strength test.According to the requirements specified in Appendix D of GB 50204-2015“Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structures”,determine whether the concrete strength of the structural entity is qualified.Based on the analysis and comparison of the test results of engineering examples,this paper studies the shortcomings of the test method in Appendix D of GB 50204-2015“Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structures”and puts forward some suggestions in order to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the test results and improve the test quality.
