摘　　要：在雅安市某新建项目施工过程中,为提高构造柱混凝土施工一次验收合格率,项目部成立了QC活动小组,通过现场调查、原因分析、对比试验等方法对施工现场构造柱混凝土的施工质量情况进行调查,成功找出影响构造柱混凝土施工质量的主要原因,并结合“5W1H分析法”拟定了具体的实施对策。小组成员通过对进料口的形式和混凝土浇筑方式进行重新设计,显著提高了构造柱混凝土的总体质量,此次研究成果得到了业主、监理、设计各方的认可,为公司创造了良好的口碑和形象,为该项目创建省级优质工程奖项奠定了坚实基础。A new project in Ya'an construction process,in order to improve the reduction an acceptance of the qualified rate of concrete construction,the project department set up the QC team,through field investigation,cause analysis,contrast test methods such as the reduction on construction site to investigate the construction quality of concrete conditions,success find out the influence of the main causes of the reduction of concrete construction quality,and combined with“5W1H analysis”to formulate specific implementation countermeasures.Team members by way of feeding mouth forms and concrete pouring redesign,significantly increase the overall quality of the concrete constructional column,the results of the study's owner,supervision,design the parties agreed that,for the company to create a good reputation and image,to create excellent project prize at the provincial level for this project have laid a solid foundation.
