摘　　要：常规现浇板式楼梯以木模板现场碎拼的传统工艺耗材耗时,施工质量效果差,因涨模漏浆、尺寸偏差、踏步阴阳角不方正等质量缺陷,产生大量剔凿修复的额外成本。为解决常规技术中的上述质量通病,本文通过技术调研、工艺研发及现场监测改进的方法,利用现场简易材料研制一种楼梯踏步整体装配式模具,可预先组拼整体装拆,施工程序简捷,促进节材增效。该技术成功获得国家实用新型专利(专利号:ZL 2018219119406)授权,适用于各种常规尺寸的板式楼梯,以其通用性及高周转性,促进现浇模板工艺的工具化与标准化,提升现浇混凝土构件的实体质量。The conventional cast-in-place slab stairs are constructed by the traditional craft of scattered assembly of wooden formwork on site,which consumes materials and time,and the construction quality is poor.This kind of construction will result in a lot of extra costs for chiseling and repairing due to quality defects such as formwork bursting,concrete leakage,dimensional deviation,and uneven edges and corners of steps.In order to solve the above-mentioned common quality problems in conventional technology,through the methods of technical research,process research and development and on-site monitoring,a kind of stair step integrally assembled mold is developed using simple materials on site,which can be assembled in advance,installed and disassembled as a whole,easy to use,save materials and improve efficiency,and has obtained a national utility model patent(No.ZL2018219119406).The mold is suitable for slab stairs of various conventional sizes.With its universality and repeated use,it promotes tool-based operation and standardized construction of cast-in-place formwork,and improves the physical quality of cast-in-place concrete components.
