摘 要:自2008年汶川地震以来,中小学校舍安全问题得到国家及各级地方政府高度重视,各地开展了多轮中小学校舍抗震鉴定。本文在梳理抗震鉴定依据标准规范及其演变基础上,以2018年苏州某县级市中小学校舍抗震鉴定的实例,对以往校舍建筑主要抗震方面的问题进行了总结,并对类似项目检测鉴定工作提出建议。并针对涉及抗震鉴定的新标准GB 55021-2021《既有建筑鉴定与加固通用规范》中的规定,对合同评审阶段鉴定依据(抗震设防类别、烈度、后续使用年限)的确认提出了建议,方便类似工程实践。Since the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008,the safety of primary and secondary school buildings has been highly valued by the state and local governments at all levels,and many rounds of seismic appraisal of primary and secondary school buildings have been carried out in various places.On the basis of combing the seismic appraisal basis,standards and specifications and their evolution,this paper takes the example of seismic appraisal of primary and secondary schools in a county-level city of Suzhou in 2018,then summarizes the main seismic problems of previous school buildings,and puts forward suggestions on the inspection and appraisal of similar projects.According to the provisions of the new standard involving seismic appraisal GB 55021-2021“General Code for Appraisal and Reinforcement of Existing Buildings”,suggestions are put forward for the confirmation of appraisal basis(seismic fortification category,intensity and subsequent service life)in the contract review stage,so as to facilitate the practice of similar projects.
