摘 要:港口堆场地基处理具有作业点多面广、管理困难的特点,为保障强夯法地基处理的施工质量,准确定位夯点位置并记录夯实遍数和夯沉量是最有效的质量管控措施。然而传统强夯设备的自动化水平较低,人工测量定位施工效率低,作业风险大,人工成本高。分析强夯施工质量控制要点,确定夯点定位、记录夯实遍数、测量夯锤落距和夯沉量的系统功能需求后,集成开发了基于北斗高精度卫星定位的地基强夯施工可视化智能管控系统,提高强夯施工自动化进程和施工安全性,节省了施工成本,有效避免施工管理不到位的问题,提高施工效率与质量。利用物联网技术的工程项目精细化管理、智慧管控和数字孪生技术助推建筑产业的进一步转型升级。The foundation treatment of the port stacking yard is characterized by a wide range of operation points and difficult management.In order to ensure the construction quality of the foundation treatment by dynamic compaction,the most effective quality control measures are to accurately locate the compaction points and record the compaction times and compaction settlement.However,the automation level of traditional dynamic compaction equipment is low,the efficiency of manual measurement and positioning is low,the operation risk is high,and the labor cost is high.After analyzing the key points of quality control of dynamic compaction and determining the system functional requirements of positioning compaction points,recording compaction times and measuring tamper drop distance and compaction settlement,a visual intelligent control system for dynamic compaction of foundation based on the BeiDou high-precision positioning satellite system is integrated and developed to improve the automation process of dynamic compaction and safety of construction,which saves construction costs,effectively avoids the problem of inappropriate management of construction and improves construction efficiency and quality.The refined management of engineering projects,intelligent control and digital twinning technology using the Internet of Things technology help to further transform and upgrade the construction industry.
