摘　　要：XR1200E特大型旋挖钻机是徐州徐工基础工程机械有限公司(简称徐工基础)自主研制开发的一款适用于超大直径、超深和超硬岩工程施工成孔作业的大吨位施工设备,尤其适用于大型桥梁、超高层建筑工程。介绍XR1200E特大型旋挖钻机的结构组成、技术参数,以及相关技术创新点和施工案例。该机采用了多项核心关键技术,针对超大桩基础施工工程,具备整机施工稳定、大转矩、大提升力输出的施工能力。Model XR1200E extra-large rotary drilling rig is a kind of large-tonnage construction equipment developed by XCMG Foundation Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as XCMG Foundation),which is suitable for drilling operations in super-large diameter,superdeep and supper-hard rock engineering,especially for large bridges and super-high buildings.The structure and technical parameters of the XR1200E extra-large rotary drilling rig are introduced,as well as related technical innovations and construction cases.The drilling rig adopts a number of core key technologies,and for super-large pile foundation construction projects,it has the construction capacity of overall stable construction and large torque and large lifting force output.
