摘 要:某型特种车辆采用闭式油箱作为上装液压起竖的油液来源,闭式油箱中的弹性波纹体在循环压并—释放的反复作用下容易导致性能退化,产生疲劳破坏;此外,在特种车机动运输过程中,弹性波纹体反复承受路面激励导致的振动过载,同样具备较高的疲劳破坏风险。针对某型特种车用闭式油箱的弹性波纹体使用寿命开展分析,采用有限元仿真方法,通过基于载荷谱的疲劳寿命预测理论,对弹性波纹体的疲劳寿命进行预测;结合特种车机动运输过程中的实测跑车数据,对结构在长期机动运输过程中的安全性进行评估。结果表明,弹性波纹体的疲劳寿命满足该型特种车的服役年限要求。A type of special vehicle uses the closed oil tank as the oil source of the onboard hydraulic erection,and the elastic corrugated body in the closed oil tank is liable to cause performance degradation and fatigue damage under the repeated action of cyclic pressure and release.In addition,during the motorized transport of the special vehicle,the elastic corrugated body is repeatedly subjected to vibration overload caused by road excitation,which also has a high risk of fatigue damage.The service life of the elastic corrugated body of the oil tank used in a type of special vehicle is analyzed.Using the finite element simulation method and through the fatigue life prediction theory based on the load spectrum,the fatigue life of the elastic corrugated body is predicted.In conjunction with the measured travelling data during motorized transport of the special vehicle,the safety of the structure in the process of long-term motorized transport is evaluated.The results show that the fatigue life of the elastic corrugated body meets the service life requirements of this type of special vehicle.
