摘　　要：美国警察在共谋腐败的过程中形成了特有的“沉默的蓝墙”。在这种亚文化中,共谋腐败群体以追求腐败利益的个人主义和自由放任主义为共同价值观念,在群体内部形成高度团结和对犯罪过程表现出集体的无意识,并在语言和行为方面体现出其独特的符号特征。“沉默的蓝墙”亚文化对美国警察共谋腐败的机理具有重要影响,促使共谋腐败行为规则化并破坏了警察内部的生态系统。针对警察群体共谋腐败的行为,美国未来可以通过强化对新警的反腐败亚文化培训教育,改革《执法者权利法案》以及改变“沉默的蓝墙”传播媒介等方式预防规制腐败亚文化。The American police have developed a distinctive‘blue wall of silence’in the process of collusive corruption.In this subculture,collusive corruption groups share values of individualism and laissez-faire in pursuit of corrupt interests,form a high degree of solidarity within the group and display a collective unconsciousness of the criminal process,and manifest their distinctive symbolic characteristics in terms of language and behaviour.The‘blue wall of silence’subculture has a significant impact on the mechanisms of collusive corruption of police in corruption in the United States,contributing to the regularization of collusion in corruption and the disruption of the internal police ecosystem.In response to police collusive corruption,the US can prevent and regulate the subculture by strengthening anti-corruption subculture training and education for new police officers,reforming the Law Enforcement Officers'Bill of Rights,and changing the medium of communication of the‘blue wall of silence’.
