摘  要:通过ITS-rDNA检测和形态学典型特征观察确定葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeria dothidea的遗传背景,并对其胞内小RNA测序.新预测10个miRNAs和298个siRNAs,并分析了预测的miRNAs和siRNAs的序列信息、结构、长度分布、碱基偏好性、表达情况,为在分子水平了解葡萄座腔菌发育和致病机制提供了理论基础.The genetic background of Botryosphaeria dothidea was confirmed by internal transcribed spacer-ribosomal DNA(ITS-rDNA)detection and morphological characteristics observation.Then,small RNAs in Botryosphaeria dothidea were analyzed.A total of 10 novel miRNAs and 298 siRNAs were predicted.The sequence information,construction,length distribution,base bias and expression of these predicted miRNAs and siRNAs were also analyzed.The results could provide a theoretical foundation for understanding development and pathogenicity mechanisms of Botryosphaeria dothidea at the molecular level.
