摘 要:国家档案局肩负着明确档案宣传工作方向、制订档案宣传工作方针的重要任务,具体体现在历年发布的《宣传工作要点》中。文章以2013-2022年国家档案局发布的《宣传工作要点》为研究对象,利用TextRank算法对其进行文本梳理,在分析其内容特征、变化趋向的基础上,从宣传站位、宣传内容、宣传策略和宣传队伍四个方面对国家档案局档案宣传工作的经验进行总结,提出“十四五”时期档案宣传工作要从牢记自身政治属性、把握工作主线、推动宣传媒体融合发展、加强阵地与品牌建设四个方面同时发力,实现高质量发展。The National Archives Administration of China has the important task of clarifying the direction of archives publicity and formulating the guidelines for archives publicity,which is reflected in The Key Points of Publicity Work released in each year.This paper takes The Key Points of Publicity Work issued by the National Archives Administration of China from 2013 to 2022 as the object of study.On the basis of analyzing the traits of the content and the orientation of the changes,this paper uses the TextRank algorithm to sort out the texts,and summarizes the experience of archives publicity of the National Archives Administration of China in four aspects:publicity standpoint,publicity content,publicity strategy and publicity team.This paper proposes that archives publicity during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period should make simultaneous efforts in four aspects:keeping in mind its own political attributes,grasping the main line of work,promoting the integrated development of publicity media,and strengthening position and brand building,so as to achieve high-quality development.
