摘  要:双碳政策下,生物质焚烧发热/发电逐渐成为我国能源的重要组成部分。然而,生物质焚烧恶劣的腐蚀环境,对锅炉换热管受热面产生严重的减薄损伤破坏。本文通过分析生物质锅炉的焚烧环境,研究焚烧后飞灰、炉渣以及锅炉管表面腐蚀产物形貌及成分,分析生物质焚烧环境下锅炉管的高温高氯腐蚀耦合冲刷损伤机制,并提出锅炉管延寿防护策略。Under the policy of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,biomass incineration for heat or electricity has becoming more and more important in energy source.However,the aggressive incineration environment imposes significant threat to tube thinning.In this paper,by analyzing the incineration environment of biomass boiler,the morphology and composition of the corrosion products of fly ash,slag and boiler tube surface and cross section after incineration were studied.A damage mechanism of chlorine hot corrosion coupled with erosion by flying ashes was analyzed,and a coating protection strategy was proposed herein.
