摘 要:以聚对苯二甲酸己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)为基材,以改性碳酸钙(CaCO3)为填料,采用熔融共混吹膜方式制备PBAT/改性CaCO_(3)复合材料,研究改性CaCO_(3)对PBAT薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:改性CaCO3的加入提高复合材料的结晶温度、熔融温度以及结晶度。采用2%硅烷偶联剂和2%硬脂酸复配改性CaCO_(3),PBAT/改性CaCO_(3)复合材料(M-4)结晶度最高且力学性能优异,横纵向拉伸强度分别为26.51 MPa和36.07 MPa;横纵向断裂伸长率分别为839.33%和462.44%;横纵向直角撕裂负荷分别为2.10和3.07;横纵向直角撕裂强度分别为101.40和136.01。2%铝酸酯和2%硬脂酸复配改性的CaCO_(3)提升复合材料的水蒸气阻隔性能,复合材料的水蒸气透过率较纯PBAT降低40.09%,水蒸气透过系数降低47.54%。加入改性CaCO_(3),复合材料的储能模量、损耗模量和复数黏度均有所提高。Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/modified calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3)) composites were prepared by melt blending with PBAT as substrate and modified CaCO_(3) as filler. The effects of CaCO_(3) modified by composite coupling agent on the properties of PBAT films were studied. The results show that the addition of modified CaCO_(3) increases the crystallization temperature, melting temperature and crystallinity of composites. The 2% silane coupling agent and 2% stearic acid are used to modify CaCO_(3). The PBAT/modified CaCO_(3) composite(M-4) has the highest crystallinity and excellent mechanical properties. The transverse and longitudinal tensile strengths of M-4 are 26.51 MPa and 36.07 MPa, respectively. The transverse and longitudinal elongation at break of M-4 are 839.33% and 462.44%, respectively. The transverse and longitudinal right-angle tearing loads of M-4 are 2.10 and 3.07, respectively.The transverse and longitudinal right angle tear strength of M-4 are 101.40 and 136.01, respectively. The CaCO_(3) modified by 2% aluminate and 2% stearic acid improves the water vapor barrier properties of the composites. The water vapor permeability of the composite is 40.09% lower than that of pure PBAT, and the water vapor permeability coefficient is 47.54% lower. The storage modulus, loss modulus and complex viscosity of the composites are improved by adding modified CaCO3.
