摘 要:利用N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)对纤维素纳米纤丝(NFC)进行接枝改性,使NFC功能化,将改性NFC(PNIPAM-NFC)与纳米蒙脱土(MMT)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合制成复合涂层溶液,将涂层溶液涂布于生物降解聚对苯二甲酸/己二酸丁二醇酯/聚乳酸(PBAT/PLA)薄膜表面制备阻隔型复合薄膜。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、万能拉力试验机和水蒸气透过率测试仪对复合薄膜的结构、表面形貌、热学性能、力学性能及阻隔性能进行表征。结果表明:加入适量的PNIPAM-NFC可有效提高涂覆PBAT/PLA复合薄膜的水蒸气阻隔性能,使其水蒸气透过系数(WVP)降低(温度30℃、湿度90%条件下)。当PNIPAM-NFC用量为0.5份时,未添加N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)的复合薄膜的WVP为5.26×10^(-14)g·cm/(cm^(2)·s·Pa),比纯PBAT/PLA薄膜降低44.86%。Cellulose nanofibrils(NFC) were grafted with N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM) to make NFC functionalized.The modified NFC(PNIPAM-NFC) was mixed with nano-montmorillonite(MMT) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) to prepare a composite coating solution, and the coating solution was coated on the surface of biodegradable PBAT/PLA film to prepare barrier composite film. The structure, surface morphology, thermal properties, mechanical properties and barrier properties of composite films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), universal tensile testing machine and water vapor permeability tester. The results show that the addition of appropriate amount of PNIPAM-NFC can effectively improve the water vapor barrier properties of PBAT/PLA composite films and reduce the water vapor permeability(WVP)(at 30 ℃ and 90% humidity). When the amount of PNIPAM-NFC is 0.5 phr, the WVP of the composite film without N, N-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA) is 5.26×10^(-14)g·cm/(cm^(2)·s·Pa),which is 44.86% lower than that of pure PBAT/PLA film.
