摘 要:根据新能源汽车副仪表骨架的结构特点,采用CAE技术对产品进行模流分析,优化3点顺序阀的热流道浇注系统,整体设计动定模倒装的模具结构。由于产品结构复杂,在产品A特征处设计“油缸+滑块+小镶针”的抽芯方式,B特征处设计“斜导柱+小滑块+抽芯块”的抽芯方式,C特征处设计“万向滑座+斜顶杆+斜顶块”的抽芯方式,采用多种组合式的抽芯机构,解决产品脱模困难的问题。模具试模后,产品参数达到技术要求,模具运行平稳,证明各机构设计合理,安全有效。According to the structural characteristics of the auxiliary instrument frame of the new energy vehicle, the CAE technology was used to Moldflow analyze of the product, the hot runner gating system of the three-point sequence valve was optimized, and the mold structure of the moving and fixed mold inversion was overall designed. Due to the complex structure of the product, the core pulling mode of "oil cylinder+sliding block+small inserted needle" was designed at feature A, the core pulling mode of "inclined guide pillar+small sliding block+core pulling block" was designed at feature B, and the core pulling mode of "universal sliding seat+inclined ejector rod+inclined ejector block" was designed at feature C, and a variety of combined core pulling mechanisms was used to solve the problem of difficult demoulding of the product. After the mold test, the product parameters meet the technical requirements, and the mold runs smoothly, which proves that the design of each mechanism is reasonable, safe and effective.
